We show the professional standard you pay for — not a DIY tutorial. The RM30 service charge covers careful handling, fresh adhesive, and post-install checks so your iPhone leaves safer and more reliable.
1. Intake & health check
We confirm model, battery health symptoms, and parts fit before opening — no surprise swaps.
2. Controlled open
Heat-assisted, ESD-aware opening that protects the display, flex cables, and Face ID path.
3. Safe cell release
Adhesive removed carefully — we do not pry or puncture lithium cells.
4. Quality part + fresh tape
DEJI battery seated with new adhesive tape (included) for correct alignment and pressure.
5. Reseal & function test
Connector seating, charge behaviour, and basic functions checked before handover.
6. Warranty-backed finish
Qualifying installs include warranty coverage — something a home DIY attempt cannot match.

Will my iPhone show an “Unknown Part” message?
Newer iOS versions may show a parts/service notice after non-Apple battery replacement. We’ll explain what to expect for your model before we proceed.
How long does it take?
Most common models: about 20–30 minutes when the part is in stock. We’ll confirm timing at check-in.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk-ins are welcome. For Battery + Install, WhatsApp first so we can reserve your part.
Is battery tape included?
Yes — free battery adhesive tape is included.
Can I buy battery only?
Yes — for technicians or customers with their own installer. Walk-in install at Pudu Hub is +RM30 service charge and follows our workshop method.
Do you publish a DIY battery method?
No. We show our professional workshop standard so you know what the RM30 covers — we do not publish DIY open-up tutorials that risk damage or fire hazards.
