Mail-in repair

Can’t walk in? Courier your device to FixPlus Pudu Hub. We confirm intake on WhatsApp before you ship.

1. Step 1

   WhatsApp us first

   Send your device model + issue to 016-800 8400. We confirm parts, quote, and intake before you courier.

2. Step 2

   Pack securely

   Power off the device. Wrap with bubble wrap. Include a note with your full name and WhatsApp number. Remove SIM / memory card if you can.

3. Step 3

   Courier to Pudu Hub

4. Step 4

   We repair & return

   West Malaysia mail-in: pack your device securely, include your name and WhatsApp number, and courier it to our Pudu Hub address. Message us on WhatsApp before shipping so we can confirm intake. After approval and payment, we ship the device back (return shipping quoted on WhatsApp).
